This lightweight crochet chevron circus blanket has the prettiest color variation and is now a free pattern here available on the blog!

Inspiration & Description & Process
It all started off with a happy accident.
Though I originally ordered the color blueberry for this Lion Brand Ice Cream Big Scoop Yarn, the color tutti frutti arrived at my doorsteps.
I loved the yarn nonetheless and with a stitch chosen and hook held, this blanket has finally made it’s debut on the blog!
I first chose the sharp chevron stitch for it’s sharper waves compared to other chevron stitches. And for the name, it was because of how much it remind me of circus colors (those banners and tent colors? Just me?) XD
It’s a thin and easy blanket to make after you got the hang of dc3tog, which you can see and learn from my video tutorial~ It teaches you how to crochet the sharp chevron stitch, which is all you need to know to make this gorgeous blanket!
And whether you choose to make it in the size of a lapghan, baby blanket, or a queen size blanket etc, there’s are also many other gorgeous color variations with this Ice Cream Big Scoop Yarn such as mint, strawberry, blueberry, and lemon meringue!
