After the craze over the crochet bee amigurumi on tiktok, the crochet strawberry cow amigurumi soon became the trend! Hence the free written pattern of my version of the crochet strawberry cow amigurumi, which is now a free pattern on the Yarnalina blog!
Inspiration & Description & Process
When I tell you this strawberry cow amigurumi went through some big trial and error to get to where it is now, I mean it.
It went through a whole body structure change.
For the inspiration of this crochet strawberry cow amigurumi, it came from Tik Tok. Of course. And the plethora of tiktok crochet compilations on my Youtube recommendations. And I eventually decided that even though I was late to the hype at the peak of the strawberry cow amigurumi, I still wanted to make a crochet strawberry cow amigurumi pattern for you all!
Back to where I was saying that this crochet strawberry cow amigurumi going through some procedures under my hook, I had it originally standing up as a cow normally would. On all fours, giant head, oval body, and could barely stand.
Until after around a month, where I was just getting prepared to write the pattern down on computer, edit the video, and take some photos was when I decided that I hated it.
Yeah. Out of nowhere I decided that I hated it.
After my mom and sister’s attempts at convincing me it literally looks perfectly fine— I still decided to rip it apart.
And refilm the whole thing.
Resew the whole thing.
Retake the photos.
And basically remake the whole cow.
I even had a small strawberry detail of the necklace that I later deemed unnecessary and used as stuffing.

So I remade the legs, arms, and the body itself to end up with the final crochet strawberry cow amigurumi that you see here! I’m incredibly proud to see that the strawberry cow had finally made it out of my drafts and out to the world in it’s final form haha!
The strawberry cow amigurumi can definitely sit upright by itself and there are somewhat more space for you to change around the positioning of the pink patches!
Aside from the pink color that is the strawberry cow, you can also make the cow in a mint color: Seaglass to make a mint cow! Or a yellow cow using Lemon! There are many options for you or you can make the cows in all the colors of the rainbow if you’d like haha!
Another quick celebration is that we have just hit 500+ subscribers on our Youtube channel (Yarnalina) at the date of publishing this post!! So remember to go subscribe to the Yarnalina Youtube channel, where you can see the whole video tutorial and follow along exactly with how I made this crochet strawberry cow amigurumi!

Tail
Using the color white
Loop a slip knot at the lower back of the cow’s body, chain 5, sc across, and slip stitch to secure the tail to the body before cutting the yarn tail and weaving the ends in.
Assembly
Sew on the two arms and two legs to your desired posture, I had just put the arms at the side and the legs in a sitting position. And sew the two horns onto the head as well as the ears right below it (wrap the ear at one side with the yarn tail then sew it on underneath the ear). Then you would sew the patches onto where you thought looked blank or where you think looks best.
Conclusion
And now you’ve finished your crochet strawberry cow amigurumi! Lastly, remember to pin this for later and share the post to all your fiber-loving friends!
